FTP Help:

If You are having trouble logging in to your FTP account for uploading your web site files, please make sure your FTP client is NOT using passive mode. Make sure you have the server address, user name and password entered correctly. If you still have trouble, email us the error you are receiving and let us know which FTP client you are using.

Email Setup:

If you are having trouble setting up your email client to send and receive email through our servers, please make sure you have the server address's entered correctly, this will be your POP3 and SMTP settings. Also make sure you use your full email address for the user name (login name), and make sure you have entered your password correctly. Lastly, make sure you have checked the box that says "My server requires authentication" under the servers tab of your email client account setup wizard.

NOTE: You may need to input our IP address rather than mail.yourdomain.com for your pop3 and smtp servers when setting up your new email account within your email client.
our IP is 198.111.223.46, This is sometimes necessary if your computer or network has cache or DNS issues.

Mysql Database Setup:

You need to contact us to set up your database with user name and password, which will be supplied. We do not allow users to pick their own for security reasons. Your database will then be accessible for your php applications and pages.
